This is a 1.375×24 (1-3/8×24) 3 lug adapter that fits HUB compatible suppressors. We carry this on our store because it fits our lithium suppressor but it fits other suppressors as well. Here is a copy and pasted description from YHM below

The HEAVY DUTY 3-Lug Adapter is a quick-attach mounting designed to provide added strength and longevity to your 3-Lug equipped firearm. This fully enclosed assembly contains a mounting interface machined from 17-4 Stainless Steel making it durable and capable of handling heavy use, including FULL AUTO. The HD 3-Lug Adapter is HUB compatible and uses the iconic, HK tri-lug interface. This makes for a versatile adapter, capable of replacing any 1 3/8-24” mount. The HD 3-Lug Adapter can be swapped onto your R9 Sound Suppressor and can be used not only for 9mm but for 300 BO Subsonic only calibers rifles and PCC. This is the perfect upgrade if you are looking for a quick attach mount with better longevity especially on a FULL AUTO platform.

As a policy we will not apply this discount after the fact/after an order has been placed. If you place an order and then realize you forgot to use the discount code or didn’t email for a discount code I’m sorry but the train has left the station. It’s a huge pain to go apply it after the fact so we decided to just not.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or purchased the wrong item by mistake, you can return the product and get a refund with a 10% restocking/processing fee applied if Otter Creek Labs sees fit depending on the situation and attitude of the customer.

We typically will not charge a 10% restocking fee unless you’re a dick. You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in the original packaging with any stickers, etc. returned with the item. Failure to meet any of these will result in the item being sent back to you and no refund being given.
